At ABLYEA, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances when you need to return a product. Please review our policy below to understand your options.


100-Day Trial

We offer a 100-Day Trial on all mattresses purchased through our website. We encourage you to give your mattress a fair trial for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust and for the mattress to settle into its optimal condition.


Return Process

Step 1: Check Your Product

Before initiating a return, ensure that:

  • The mattress is free from human damage, such as burns, cuts, tears, stains, or spots.
  • Products are in a condition suitable for donation, as recycled mattresses may be donated to charity.

Step 2: Apply for a Return

Email us at support@ablyea.com with your return request and provide the following details:

  • Order number in the subject line.
  • Photos illustrating the condition of the product or any issues encountered.

Step 3: Refund Process

Once we receive the returned mattress and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal) used for the purchase.

Please note: It may take 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies. The refund amount will include the product price, less any applicable discounts, interest accrued, and return shipping charges.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to a product defect or issue caused by ABLYEA, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.


Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Products returned beyond the 100-Day Trial period may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products damaged due to inappropriate use or mishandling.
  • Products returned without prior authorization.
