Refund policy

At ABLYEA, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your mattress, please review the return policy below before submitting a return request.

100-Day Trial

We offer a 100-Day Trial for mattresses purchased directly from our website. We recommend trying your mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body time to adjust and for the mattress to settle into its optimal condition.

Return requests must be submitted within the 100-Day Trial period. Products returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility

Before requesting a return, please make sure your mattress meets the following conditions:

  • The mattress is free from human-caused damage, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, stains, spots, odors, or signs of improper use.

  • The mattress is in a condition suitable for return, recycling, or donation.

  • The return request is submitted within the 100-Day Trial period.

  • The return has been approved by our customer support team before the product is sent back.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper care, or unauthorized return shipping may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@ablyea.com before sending anything back.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number in the subject line

  • The reason for your return

  • Photos showing the current condition of the mattress

  • Photos or videos showing any product issue, if applicable

After receiving your email, our customer support team will review your request.

Please do not send your product back without prior authorization. Items returned without approval or without following our return instructions will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to a product defect or an issue caused by ABLYEA, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return is approved, any applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process

Once the returned mattress is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as a credit card or PayPal.

Please note that it may take 1–2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

The refund amount will include the product price, less any applicable discounts, financing interest, return shipping charges, or other applicable deductions.

Important Notes

  • Return requests must be reviewed and approved by ABLYEA before any product is sent back.

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • Products damaged due to inappropriate use, mishandling, stains, odors, cuts, tears, burns, or other human-caused damage are not eligible for a refund.

  • ABLYEA reserves the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if the returned product does not meet our return conditions.
