SECTION 7 — ORDER PROCESSING, FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

ABLYEA processes in-stock orders quickly.

Some in-stock orders may enter the fulfillment process within approximately 1 hour after purchase.

Entering fulfillment does not necessarily mean that the shipment has already been transferred to the carrier.

Most in-stock orders are prepared and handed over to the applicable carrier within the processing timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery may be affected by:

SECTION 8 — ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter fulfillment shortly after purchase, order changes and cancellations cannot always be guaranteed after an order has been placed.

Before Fulfillment

An order may generally be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order enters the fulfillment or shipping process.

After Fulfillment Has Started

Once an order has:

  • Entered fulfillment
  • Been processed by the warehouse
  • Been dispatched
  • Been transferred to a carrier

cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If a shipment can still be intercepted, redirected, returned, or otherwise stopped, we may attempt to assist.

Actual costs resulting from the requested cancellation or change may be charged to the customer or deducted from the applicable refund, including:

  • Carrier interception fees
  • Address correction fees
  • Redirection fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Freight charges
  • Transit charges
  • Other applicable logistics costs

If a shipment cannot be stopped, the customer may receive the order and request a return under the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Refusing delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to a full refund. Applicable logistics or return costs may still apply.

SECTION 9 — OPTIONAL SHIPPING PROTECTION

We may offer optional Shipping Protection or similar additional services at checkout.

Shipping Protection may provide additional coverage for eligible shipping-related incidents according to the terms applicable to the service at the time of purchase.
