Shipping policy

We offer delivery to multiple countries, including the United States and provide free shipping for all orders. We currently have local warehouses in the United States to ensure the fastest delivery service.

Notice：

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses are currently not within our delivery range. However, we are working on implementing additional delivery methods to support these areas soon. If you're unsure whether delivery is available in your country or region, please contact our team at support@ablyea.com.

Additionally, the following scenarios may involve additional logistics fees: 1. Difficult access to the delivery address, which may require additional delivery personnel and may incur extra delivery charges. 2. No one available to receive the order at the delivery address, or if you need to be present at the time of delivery but are not available, resulting in our inability to deliver your order. You can contact us for a redelivery, which may incur additional delivery charges.

 

Regarding Changing My Order:
We recommend carefully reviewing the address and product details before submitting your order. If you wish to change the product or address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not support changes after shipment (i.e., once the shipment notification email has been sent). We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information.

 

Regarding Cancelling Orders:
We will process your order within 1-2 days. You can cancel your order within this time frame. If you cancel your order after 1-2 days or after it has been shipped (i.e., once the shipment notification email has been sent), you will be responsible for a 30% fee, which includes the restocking fee and return shipping costs.
