To ensure accurate measurement of your mattress height, please follow these guidelines:
- Measurement Point: Measure from the highest point of the mattress to the bottom, not from the side.
- Allow for Expansion: Our mattresses are compressed for shipping and require 48 hours to fully expand. Please wait until this period has passed before measuring.
- Normal Variations: It's normal for the mattress to measure about 0.5 inches shorter than expected after it has been slept on, as the weight of a person can slightly compress the material.

We have local warehouses and typically ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Delivery takes 3-5 business days. Our mattresses are compressed and rolled for shipping. Once you receive your package, move it to your bedroom, unroll it, and allow the mattress to expand for 72 hours. You'll then have a soft and plush mattress ready for use
