This warranty policy applies to mattresses purchased directly from ablyea.com. If the "original purchaser" bought the product from other platforms (such as Amazon) or from an ABLYEA authorized retailer, please follow the warranty policy of the respective platform or retailer.

• During the warranty period, ABLYEA will provide free repair, replacement, or refund for defective warranty products.
  
• This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells or transfers the mattress to another person, this warranty terminates.
  
• This warranty starts from the original date of purchase. If warranty replacement service has been performed, the warranty period will not be reset.
  
• Mattress Warranty Period: Lifetime Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

1. Damage resulting in visible indentations greater than 1.5 inches when the mattress is used with a properly matching and supportive bed frame.
2. Splitting or cracking of the mattress under normal use.
3. Zipper or seam splits under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

1. Comfort preferences. Personal subjective feelings are not used as a criterion for judgment.
2. Indentations less than 1.5 inches. Normal wear and tear and material softening that do not affect the mattress’s pressure-relieving properties.
3. Mattresses resold or donated by the original purchaser.
4. Damage caused by using an improper bed frame, foundation, or platform bed.
5. Damage to fabric or zippers due to failure to follow mattress cover washing and handling instructions.
6. Damage to the mattress structure and/or covering materials not intended for ordinary household consumer use (e.g., rentals), including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, stains, or soiling.
7. Products purchased from sources other than ablyea.com. “As is,” “pre-conditioned,” “refurbished,” “used,” “comfort returns,” “returns,” “previously owned,” or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not “new” or is not being sold as “new.”
8. Mattresses made from health-conscious materials that are harmless to the human body. However, the mattress does not make any medical or health claims. This warranty does not cover allergies, discomfort, or other medical conditions.

Warranty Process:

1. Ensure the mattress meets the warranty conditions.
2. Contact us with photos of the mattress defect and your order number.
3. We will process and reply within 24 hours.

Warranty Remedies:

1. Within 2 years, we will replace your mattress with a new ABLYEA mattress of equal or higher value and the same size for free.
2. After 2 years, we will cover 50% of the cost for a replacement mattress or a refund. The only fee you need to pay is the one-way shipping cost, which will be waived if ABLYEA confirms another defect.
3. After 5 years, we will cover 30% of the cost for a replacement mattress or a refund. The only fee you need to pay is the one-way shipping cost.
